I have not been able to use my nest E thermostat for a few months, it is stuck on this icon when I turn it on and I get the error below when trying to reset and connect to the app.
I have tried everything possible to get past this icon but I cannot, it is a brick. I need support please to resolve this so I can control my heating!

Thanks for the photos and for trying the steps you did to have your Nest thermostat E connected back to your account. Aside from resetting it, could you give a rundown of the other steps that you've tried? Also, what's the make and model of the phone you're using to set it your thermostat up? I'll be more than glad to check on this further for you.
