Nest E thermostat white screen

I returned home from being away a few days and the screen on my thermostat is solid white. It appears to function through the app but I fear it may stop working all together.  I power cycled it and no luck.  My entire house is google nest, wifi, cameras, doorbell, security system, smoke detectors, and displays.  I hope there is a fix.  If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you. 

How did you power cycle your Nest Thermostat E? Is it by pressing and holding the thermostat screen until it shuts down and restarts? If not, try to do that so the thermostat will restart. Also, remove the thermostat display from its base and check if any connector pins are bent, if the thermostat wires are secured in their terminals, and if all the buttons are down.
