Remove Rush Hour. I never enrolled in this.

How do I get this crap to stop taking control of my thermostat.  I did not enroll it.  They point of the thermostats for us to is to control them not have them control us.  I read the prior threads that are now locked and the phone number is no longer in service.  I used to be able to shut it off every spring/summer in the History view but that option is gone. Any help would be useful.
