Nest E thermostat

I can't no longer control Nest E thermostat with my Android phone.When I enter the key number it doesn't work. It keeps spinning. It shows connected to WiFi, but I have to be home to manually control the temperature or to turn on/off. There's no live person to speak to when I search for customer service. Is there a number to call? Could someone please help!
