Nest and our app been working without any issues until few days ago. We reset nest unit twice and connected wifi checked foe software update all is good however we cant get the entery key at all. We delete nest app as well and added it back and still no luck in getting the key entry we tried every solution ok the Google Nest page but nothing is working ?

Thank you for your reply and for providing the helpful details about your Nest Thermostat. I'm glad to share more information.
Since October 25, 2025, the first- and second-generation Nest Learning Thermostats will disconnect from the Nest App and Google Assistant. They will also lose access to clients like Assistant and Alexa. Remote services like HVAC monitoring, energy programs, and Nest Protect safety shutoff integration will no longer function.
