Hello,

I'm trying to wire up my new nest and when I run the A/C, it turns the heat on.  I'm pretty lost on what I'm doing wrong.  Everything looks like it matches up properly.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

This is the version I have: https://www.costco.com/google-nest-learning-thermostat-with-nest-temperature-sensor.product.10057433...

When I run testing, this is results:

Cooling Stage 1- Cool

Cooling Stage 2- Heat

Heating Stage 1- Cool

Heating Stage 2- Heat

So its obvious something is wrong.  But I don't know which wires are incorrect??

Hey smith6cr,

I am sorry, but I am having trouble finding what could be the issue without being there in person. I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look, as they would be able to ensure your system is working as intended.

Best regards,

Jake

Hi Jake,

Thanks again for trying to help. I went ahead and paid the $165 to have a nest pro come out.  Its expensive but it seems my dual zone system is pretty complicated and I don't want to break anything by setting up incorrectly.
