Nest (Gen 4) learning thermostat wiring question with multi-zone damper

Hello all, and thank you for any help.  I currently have a Honeywell th8321wf1001 wired and working with a multi-zone damper.  I have 3 zones (2 A/C and 2 Furance).  My main living area (first floor), my master, and a lot and media room (second floor).  The current thermostat has 2 wires going to two U1 terminals.

Along with the standard C, G, Y, W.  Red and RC have a jumper (red wire on the RC), a Jumper from C to U1, and a C wire.  The system is forced air gas.  How would I wire this for the Nest Gen 4 Leaning thermostat?

So this is how it looks on the Honeywell (sorry, I can't post a picture):

C = Blue wire and jumper wire orange to U1

K = Empty

RC = Red wire and jumper to R

R = Jumper to RC

U1 = Jumper orange to C

U1 = Brown wire

S1 = Empty

S1 = Empty

W-O/B = White wire

Y = Yellow wire

G = Green wire

W2 - AUX-e= empty

Y2 = Empty

A - L/A = Empty

With three zones you should have three thermostats. Do you have three?

There should also be a zone controller near the furnace/air handler.

You can upload pictures by clicking on the little camera icon at the top of the Replying to box.
