I have read other posts describing the same dead Nest Heat Link I suddenly have. I was scheduled to leave before the boiler engineer who did my last year's first annual service and figured it would all be fixed when he came. My neighbour recharged the Nest Thermostat when he saw it was dark with a flashing red light but there is no power coming from the Heat Link. The engineer came and said yes, power is going to the Heat Link but it is dead. He told my neighbour to tell me to order a new one and he would return to install it. How can I get a new Heat Link delivered to my neighbour or my house so it can be installed before the temperature goes down to freezing?
