Hi, my Nest Heat Link has suddenly given up and is complete unresponsive. It has no power whatsoever, however i have checked all connections and there is no issue to the power supply, therefore i assume the heat link itself has just packed in.
Unfortunately my warranty expired in April 2023, so is there anyway i can order a replacement?

1. When was it installed?
2. Are you seeing any wiring report or error on the thermostat and/or the app?
3. Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical, plumbing, or heating system?
4. Were there any power outages?
5. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps before contacting us?
6. Do you see any lights on the Heat Link?

Thanks for getting back to me, sorry for the slow response. I spoke to customer services and someone has now come out and switched this over for me, free of charge. Great service, thank you

My heat link is having the same issues. No power, No Lights. Tried the reset - nothing.
