Can't connect to WiFi

All of a sudden my Nest Thermostat is unable to connect to my WiFi network and is unable to find any networks when scanning. The Nest literally sits under my access point and no other device has any problems. I've read on this forum and online that other people have faced the same problem and were unable to resolve this through standard means (network reset, device reset etc..), which I have also tried unsuccessfully.

What options do I have to resolve this?

Have you already tried the guided issue troubleshooter?

I have the exact same issue and yes, I have done everything that Google has said to troubleshoot. It appears it’s a known problem and you need to call Google’s nest. Unfortunately I don’t see a phone number for them anywhere that works. Does anybody have a phone number??

If you would prefer, here is how to contact the Google Nest support team directly.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

I'll do the same... I've tried everything else.
