My nest heatlink has failed and so I cannot turn on my central heating. I have had an email from Nest telling me to make an appointment with Boxt for them to fit a replacement but when I went to book last night I can’t get one until Tuesday. I have a child with additional needs at home I can’t wait 4 days to get the heating turned back on.
Every time I call I just get through to reception who tell me they will “send a message“ to chase it up. I was supposed to get a response within 24 hours and was told they couldn’t send more than one message within that time period or it would just get rejected by the system so I should ring back after 24 hours. I doublechecked that they would still be open at that time and was told they would but lo and behold the team had gone for the day and it was back to reception I was sent.
Does anyone know of any other number I can ring (or way I can contact them) to try and get an appointment for tomorrow?
The number I currently have is 0800 1937777 and even within hours it just goes to reception because “the team are busy”.

No I hadn’t seen it but it’s sorted now. The engineer was lovely but the service from Boxt was beyond appalling.
