Nest Heatlink 3rd Gen Failure

Recently had a failure of our Heatlink. Also had an issue on the boiler but now this has been fixed, the Heatlink is still not working. There are no lights and resetting it has not got it working. How do I organise a replacement?

I have similar issue no heat link response, my nest 3rd gen heat link seems to be dead, anyway to get this resolved?

Hi Zsys,

I believe the unit needs replacing. This appears to be a common problem with this unit.

I’m still waiting a response from the Google team despite several attempts to get a response.
