All, so out of the blue ive noticed my boiler firing itself up for no reason, i turned off all schedule's on the nest app and ensured hot water was off etc..
However after an engineer replacing the demand switch on the water tank just incase it was that that was faulty the boiler is firing again.
Anyone experienced this? Could the heatlink switch be firing the boiler without schedule's etc??
Any help appreciated.
Cheers

Hi there @Chris123,
Thanks for reaching out. Could you tell us please when did the situation start occurring at first and when was the thermostat installed? Also, could you check please if the Bacteria Prevention feature is on? You can check in settings > Equipment > Continue > Bacteria prevention. > Disable. Restart the thermostat after that and let me know if it's still doing that.

Hi, so its been happening on and off for a few weeks, I have to manually turn off the boiler now to stop it running.
So when I go on my app I have the two thermostats that I use but I dont see anything else is that correct? I cant follow the instruction above as I dont have "Equipment" as an option...

What type of Nest Thermostats do you have?

Sorry I was on the app, I have located in on the Thermostats. I have disabled the Legionella option now.. is it best I wait to see if the problem disappears? It usually happens within the hour.
