Nest Home/Away assist problem

Hi All , I have an issue with my Home / Away assist , just installed the Nest all works well apart from the home assist . I set the heating to come on at 5.30 am but it didn't and when I looked at the app it said I was not home so I guess that's why it didn't run to the shedule I set . the app has full; permissions , any help please

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that sometimes your Nest Thermostat is not following what you've set. However, setting up a schedule is different from the home and away assist. To confirm, how many devices are you signed in with your same email address to control remotely your Nest Thermostat? Are you the only one who has access to your Nest Thermostat from the app? Is your auto schedule turned on?
