Nest Install

 my W and E wire are in the same contact on my existing tstat, should they be on the same W terminal on the nest???

Please upload a picture of your old thermostat wiring and also provide a brief description of the type of hvac system you have

Found the info elsewhere but the solution was to hook up White wire to AUX and brown wire to * for Emergency heat.  Seems to be working fine
