Just installed a nest thermostat. Says it will take over 2+ hours to cool the house down to 71, it's currently 81.
Left for 2 hours and came back and the temperature was only 81, so we swapped back the old unit and it cooled the house down to 72 in 15 min. Can someone please help explain what's going on?
