Nest Learning Stat

I have a Nest learning stat installed in 2019.  Last night it just decided to not pick up the O terminal when calling for cooling which on my unit puts it in the heating mode.  Has anyone else experienced this?

Could you provide more details about what happened? Is it blowing warm air when it is cooling? I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when you're having an issue with your heat pump. Also, could you provide a rundown of all the steps you've tried?

I solved the problem I had with the nest, I installed a Honeywell thermostat because I couldn’t get the answerers to my questions. Getting info from Nest Google is very difficult and not worth the aggravation.
