Nest Learning Thermostat (3rd Generation) System Issue

My Nest display is displaying System Issues. I went to the website www.nest.com/m13 and did the troubleshoot and it still didn't work. Also, the display isn't turning on. Any suggestions please

Is this a new install for the Nest or has it been installed and working until now?

Post a picture of the Nests wiring and one of the original thermostat's wiring if you still have it.
