Nest thermostat wiring

I am having some heating issues and was wondering if the wiring is set correctly. It is currently 28°F outside and the thermostat says it is using auxiliary heat but there seems to be no difference to the heating. The wiring is as follows:

Y1: Heat/Cool

Y2: Empty

G: Fan

OB: Heat Pump

Rc: Empty

AQ-: Empty

W1: Empty

W2 AUX: Aux. Heat

C: 24v common

*: Empty

Rh: Power

AQ+: Empty
