Nest Learning Thermostat Farsight Problem

When I go into Display and select a "Use Farsight" setting, Farsight does not work.  It says it is set, but does not come on.  Wake on approach does not work either.  Basically, nothing happens under Display.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the "Use Farsight" setting and the "Wake on Approach" feature in the Nest Thermostat display settings.

A power-related issue could be the potential cause for Farsight to not work. Check the battery level in the Technical Info settings. If it drops to 3.7 volts, pull the thermostat display and charge it for an hour to ensure it gets enough power to sustain its needs. Then, restart your thermostat to refresh.
