Nest Learning Thermostat Heating on Cool

I installed the Nest thermostat and it blows hot only, no cold. I have an electric heating and AC unit. I do not have a wire for a heating pump as other threads. I have tried switching the White wire from the W to the W2 slot and no change. I had a Honeywell device before.

It's great you've installed a Nest thermostat! However, there can sometimes be challenges we might encounter to get it working perfectly.

What wires were installed on your previous thermostat, and what wires are currently connected to your thermostat?

Can your thermostat control the fan when it's heating?
