Nest Learning Thermostat - Not Connecting to Network

My Nest Learning thermostat (3rd gen.) has not been connected to my network for some time now. The settings menu showed a W5 error.  Battery level=3.913 volts. I reset my modem, went through the Restart procedure, and still no luck. Tried adding Network Name and Password manually, and still no luck. Does anyone know what to do next, or is it time to call in a professional?

Have you reset your nest sense too? That’s the part that connects to your network.
