My Nest Learning Thermostat won't connect to the WAN. Tried hotspotting on 4G but still zero ping. Reset WiFi, phone, thermostat, heatlink numerous times. But can't get it to connect outside the network. It reports connected but then disconnects, I assume because of the zero ping. And therefore cannot connect to the Nest App either. Not sure what to test next?
Battery over 3.900 Vin 10.88 Lin 200mA. Won't connect to heatlink wirelessly either
