Nest Learning Thermostat-can I set my own schedule?

I have a basic Nest thermostat in my basement and it works perfectly. I needed the Nest Learning thermostat for my house because my heating and cooling use two separate systems.

But the learning feature is not working for me! I want to set up a schedule the way I do with my basic Nest thermostat. Is that possible?

How do you set up a schedule in your basic thermostat? You can create or adjust the temperature schedule of your Google Nest thermostat the way you want in the app or directly on the thermostat.
