Nest Learning Thermostat controls both Heat (NO Heat Pump) and AC but Fan runs when in Heat Mode.  How to configure so that fan is controlled only when AC is on?

Thank you.

John

The Nest thermostat always turns the fan on in AC mode.  There is a setting that allows you to manually turn the fan on in heating mode or let the heating system to control the fan. To change this setting, go to SETTINGS > EQUIPMENT > CONTINUE > CONTINUE > PRO SETUP > CONTINUE > rotate to select W1, select W1 and then change fan from ACTIVATE to DONT ACTIVATE. then rotate to DONE, DONE and DONE.
