Nest Learning Thermostat not displaying time to temp

I am noticing this afternoon that our Nest Learning Thermostat is not displaying the time to temperature when the set temperature changed per the set schedule. Our thermostat is still pretty new so I am still learning how it works but cannot find anything about this. I have the “Time to temp” setting turning on as it has been all along. Are there certain scenarios in which the time to temperature does not display?
