Nest Learning Thermostat turns furnace off before reaching target temperature

And then I hear it trying to turn back on repeatedly. When I turn the target temp below current temp, and then let it rest for several minutes then raise the target temp, it turns back on. Then runs for several minutes, shuts off, tries to restart, etc.

Any ideas on why this is happening?
