Furnance no turning up after factory reset

I did a factory Reset on my thermostat because I wanted to connect to my app , I didn’t change any wires or anything , and now don’t heat up, before the reset heat and cold was working just fine , now it said heating in one hour but never heat , I can hear the furnace on but almost right away gets off and the air coming from the vents it’s cold , please help
