Hot water noy working
My hot water was scheduled to come on between 5am and 7am. I went to shower at 8am. No hot water. So i boosted for 30 mins. Still no hit water. Boosted for two hours through the app at work, still no hot water at lunch. Why is my thermostart not heat...

I can’t adjust my thermostat from the app
