I purchased a new Next Learning Thermostat yesterday. It is installed and working; however, I am unable to add it to the Nest App. The app freezes when adding the location of the thermostat. How do I fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. I'd love to help. Please try to reinstall your Nest app, then once the issue persists after choosing the location for your Nest Thermostat, just don't do anything, don't exit the page, and just wait for at least 5-6 minutes to see if it will continue with the setup. You can also try to use a different device to set up your thermostat.
