Nest Learning Thermostat

I hope you are well and very grateful for your responses on this issue. 

I have the Nest Learning Thermostat. I have set a schedule and turned off the auto schedule, the Nest app also shows me as home. The temperature set is higher than the sensor temperature. However, the heating does not come on with the schedule set for each day at the same time. Having reviewed the forums I cannot see another solution so would welcome any feedback on how to fix this.

I understand the frustration you must be feeling, and I'm here to assist you in resolving the heating issue. Based on your description, it seems like you've already taken some proactive steps in configuring your thermostat. To better assist you, could you please provide additional information, such as the thermostat's software version, any recent changes in your home environment, or if there are any error messages displayed on the Nest app?

Also, try disabling the Home and Away Assist and remove all thermostat actions from the Routines in the Google Home app.
