Nest Pro will not heat correctly

Nest Pro will not heat correctly. You set to 75 (quite cold hear) and it shows 1.5+ hours to heat. Will not actually heat up past 69 or so. You have to keep resetting the system to get it to heat. Followed other posters suggestions and reset to factory but it just keeps running and onky heating to around 69.

We’re having the same issue and are feeling very frustrated. We have it set to 70 degrees

but it’s 61 degrees currently and shows 1hr 20min to heat.

Same problem here.  It sounds like the Nest isn’t working properly.

Exact same issue here. I've adjust all the settings, including any eco and home/away. It got a tiny bit better. Now it doesn't drop to 62 or 64 while we sleep. We have it set to 71
