Nest Renew Still Active On Thermostat

Somehow Nest Renew Basic got activated on my account and thermostat. I managed to get it cancelled on my account but the thermostat is still making automated Nest Renew changes. I know this because of the yellow Nest Renew icon that pops up on the thermostat. Is there somewhere in the thermostat menus that would show this? I didn't see anything obvious at first glance.

The icon you're seeing happens during either a rush hour or seasonal savings event. If you wish to have it cancelled as well, you might need to contact your utility company so they can give you more information about it with your Rush Hour Rewards before continuing to opt out of this feature.
