Nest System - mains system PLUS electric underfloor heating

We have a Nest Learning Thermostat linked via a heat link to our combi boiler. We're now installing an electric underfloor heating mat in our bathroom and ideally we'd like to be able to control this via another Nest thermostat outside the bathroom, and the Nest app.

Can someone help and advise if/ how this can be done?

Just to check, first, is the new underfloor heating electric or hydronic, with a water valve?

Thanks for confirming. The thermostat is only compatible with water based heating systems.
