Nest Thermoset Gen 3 Not Working

Hi,

I have a Baxi Duo Term 40 Comi boiler.

I have wired in the heat link to the boiler before the nest device was connected. I was able to control the on/ off of the radiators by pressing the button on the heat link.

However, as soon as I connected the Nest Thermostat the heat link is failing to fire the boiler for the radiators. 

If I reset the thermostat and turn it off and reset the heat link, the rads can be controlled on and off again with the button on the heat link.

Any help on the matter is appreciated.

Hi there, thank you so much for reaching out. Just to confirm, the Heating goes on when you press the button on the Heat Link but not when you use the display?

Only when the thermostat is disconnected from the heat link. Once the thermostat is connected to the heat link, the button on the heat link doesn't do anything.

Got it, are there any error codes on the thermostat display? Additionally, what is the color of the LED light on the Heat Link at this moment?
