Hi, I am having trouble accessing my Nest account because of two-factor authentication. My previous phone number, linked to my account, has changed, and I can no longer receive verification codes to access my account. My new phone number is [insert new phone number], and my recovery email is [insert recovery email]. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to regain access to my account.
