Nest Thermostat 3rd Gen

I'm getting sick of this, a few months ago after working for around 9 months my Nest Thermostat  went offline , i tried all recommended steps , reset etc that didn't work i re-installed it from scratch , that didn't work either then randomly a couple hrs later it connected and stayed connected till today, went offline, says Network is either hidden or too far away. i set a mobile hotspot stood next to it didn't see it either, i reset , then it found the networks, by the time i entered the password it said no networks and couldn't find any, please help

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Community forum and for being a step ahead of us. We're sorry for the trouble this may have caused you. To confirm, in what country are you located?

Please highlight the gear icon for settings directly on your Nest Thermostat device, then check what is the exact message or code that will show on the screen. Also, you may go to Settings, then Network option.
