I have had the Nest Thermostat and associated app for many years, and it has worked well. Today, while the heating and hot water are coming on and off as scheduled, the App only shows Home or Away. It no longer shows Heating or Hot Water resulting in the ability to control heating or hot water remotely. Would appreciate some assistance.
