Nest Thermostat Auto-Schedule is 'Off' but Nest still raises temp setting.

I have a model display 3.4. All

of the temperature settings in auto schedule grid are already deleted. This is new about 3 weeks ago.

Thank you for posting in the community. I apologize to hear that your thermostat is raising the temperature setting even when Auto-Schedule is turned off. I'm happy to help!

Please let me know if you have a Nest Renew subscription or are enrolled in the Rush Hour Rewards program. 

In the meantime, please try these troubleshooting steps:

  • Since you already turned off the schedule, please try to reset the Auto-schedule to completely erase your existing schedule: 
    • On your thermostat, go to Settings > Reset > Schedule > Reset.
  • Turn off eco mode.
  • Turn off Safety Mode. 

Ensure your Google Home app is set to "Home" mode, not "Away." For instructions, please refer to this article: Manually switch your home to Away or Home mode.
