Nest Thermostat Compatibility Photo

i tried to use compatibility prompt but I was told to post a photo. Is nest thermostat compatible 

 My photo upload isn't working for some reason, but the only wires present currently are R, O/B, W, G

You have to log into this forum by clicking on the blue profile in the upper right corner; once you click on it, it changes to a letter or your profile picture, and once you've done that, you then get a camera icon in the reply window. Click on that to upload a photo.
