Nest Thermostat Compatibility Question

tiagosartor

Hi! I’m trying to figure out if my current thermostat is compatible with Nest Thermostat.

I live in an apartment and it has a fan coil unit. I’m looking to install the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd generation to replace the current Spartan TE226. I have a picture of the wiring and the schematics as well.

Thank you in advance!

@tiagosartor

Your current system has a variable fan that is controlled by a 0-10V/PWM signal that is not compatible with any of the Nest thermostats.

I was afraid this was the case. I guess I'll have to go with a different brand then. Thank you, @Patrick_Caezza
