Nest Thermostat Compatibility

Based on the above wiring, please tell me if my unit is compatible with the Nest Thermostat.

I tried to connect everything, but nothing happened. Pleeeeze, help a girl out!

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. Based on your wiring it is compatible with any Nest Thermostats. Ensure to remove the jumper wire. Thanks for getting back to me!  I'll have to try again, and if it doesn't work, I'll take a picture this time and send it to you.  I didn't remove the jumper wire before so maybe that is my problem.
