Nest Thermostat Displaying Incorrect Time

Hi there, 

 

The time changed on my 3 Nest Thermostats for some reason. I also have a Nest Learning stat, and the time is correct on that one. 

 

This is, of course impacting my heating schedules and any help would be immensely appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

 

The location of your Nest thermostat might have changed. It needs to be set correctly for your time to be adjusted automatically. 

 

Try the steps here:

 

  1. On your thermostat device. Go to Settings > Location.
  2. Update your zip or postal code in the Nest app.
    1. Open the Nest app.
      1. Tap Settings > Home Info > Address.
  3. Then, restart your thermostat to refresh it.
