Thermostat E has a phone with a download arrow on the screen, so have downloaded the nest app and gone through set up with scanning QR code , bluetooth on , then it says looking for your thermostat on pixel 6a but then errors out sating something went wrong TD023 code. Have tried on other device iphone but still the same issue.
Any advice how to sort this out. spent most of the day going through the same error everytime. Even setting up manually with 6 digit code then it got to the choose the last 4 digits of the serial number but just got a spinning circle then crashed. nowhere to enter the last 4 digits.
