Hi, I am no longer able to turn the heating on as the thermostat shows me a ‘heat link’ issue.
I’ve had a gas engineer out who has confirmed that it the heat link itself is all wired as expected but shows no signs of life or lights. Having looked through the forum I can see this is not an uncommon issue. The thermostat itself seems to be fine.
To confirm, we inherited the system having moved into the house in February so I am unsure as to how long it has been installed for.
Can you please let me know next steps and how I can go about seeking a replacement?
