Nest Thermostat Heat always on

I have had my system working perfectly for over a year and now it has started to be always heating. The Thermostat is off. Have reset thermostat and heatlink and it's started doing it again overnight.

  • Is there any LED light on the Heat Link?
  • Is there a wiring report or error message on your thermostat and/or app?
  • Have you recently had service or maintenance on your electrical or heating system?
