Hi,
Had a Nest Learning Thermostat since 2019, never had an issue. Had a new boiler fitted 3 weeks ago.
Tested after installation, all working ok.
Boiler/Heating (Hot water had been working ok during this time) then used for the first time last week, whilst the nest app & actual unit were showing as the heating was on(Colour Orange & heating set to 21), the radiators were not heating & the boiler whilst turned on was not fireing to heat the rads.
Had an engineer from British Gas attend, as they are really Hive all he did was turn the power On/Off at the mains, this seemd to work.
Worked for a week, then stopped again, turned on/off again at the fuse box, worked again, same happened again this morning.
I have reset to factory settings, reset the Heatlink to factory settings, all showing as connected & working each time reset.
Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to us here @Jono_Mahoney . I am sorry to hear you are facing difficulties with your device and I would be happy to try and assist.
Just to clarify. You mentioned you have both heating and hot water control. Do you happen to know if you have a Y plan or a S plan at the location?

Hi Alex, thanks for the reply...
I have a Y-Plan valve.

Thank you. We'll need to perform a continuity test on the Heat Link. Do you have a multi meter at hand?

Hi @Jono_Mahoney. Just checking in, did you manage to check the last message from my colleague?
