I have a Nest Thermostat fitted in my house and in January it stopped working. After hours on the phone and then having to get a Nest Pro Specialist out, I finally got a replacement unit in March. However, I still haven’t been refunded for the call out cost. I have the invoice from the Nest Pro engineer, which you have approved, I’ve created the Payoneer account and verified via the links you keep emailing me, but you have stopped replying in the email chain. I’ve been waiting 3 months for a refund now- if you can’t sort this out, then I will be forced to take further action via the ombudsman.
