My Nest thermostat gave me a w5 wifi error about three days ago and eventually tried restarting it then after that didn't work I restarted my router, still no luck. So yesterday I tried restarting the thermostat again but now it is stuck in a restart loop on top of the w5 error. I removed the unit thinking perhaps I need to charge it, but that doesn't help and according to one article I read, since it's above 3.9v it shouldn't need charging?
Luckily we made it thru the single digits temperatures before the issue began, but it's still pretty cold out and have a toddler and baby to keep warm! Any advice, guidance, and help would be greatly appreciated.

I apologize for not responding earlier! I contacted Nest support by phone and I am currently awaiting a new unit in the mail!
