Nest Thermostat - Stuck at "Starting Up..."

Nest mirrored thermostat working perfectly.  Now it's stuck on the "G" and cycling through "Starting Up..." message.  I've removed it from the wall, from my app, and tried numerous times to restart, reinstall, replaced batteries, basically everything.  Any other ideas?  Thanks!

Have you tried a factory reset yet @danielleis 

To manually restart the Nest thermostat:
  1. Press your thermostat ring and hold it down until the screen turns off (about 10 seconds). Then let go of the ring.
  2. Press and release the ring to turn it back on and complete the restart process. The Nest logo will appear when it begins to start up.

Thanks - it’s the mirrored version without a ring that can be pressed. Any idea how to do it on this version?
